From time to time I get letters like this (asking me to publish product reviews):

Please use your website to influence the distribution of a cure for depression and anxiety, namely something called a CES (Crainial Electrotherapy Stimulation) device. Semicolons are great for getting the word out, but CES will help people out of their depression, preventing suicides. CES is a method of employing a low level electrical current through the brain that stimulates the brain into releasing serotonin, whereas medication (SSRIs) simply inhibit the reuptake of serotonin. CES is well tested, safe, and effective.
This device has changed my life for the better. I do hope you use your influence to bring these devices into greater distribution for relief of depression and anxiety. I have no financial interest in selling this or any other device. Psychiatrists need to be educated about these devices because they work for depression, where SSRI medication fails all to often.
So I have decided to, very selectively, publish reviews of different products that I believe can be beneficial for people struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental illnesses.
